The oil and gas industry, both on an immediate and long term basis, understands the critical nature of fresh and produced water management. While the emphasis of this website at this time is on the Barnett Shale, Fort Worth Basin, the Barnett Shale Water Conservation and Management Committee understands the importance of learning about and understanding the difference in water quantity and quality as well as state regulations in the other predominant shale plays across the nation. |
